Ask Coordinators to convert all vld files that have inter-county entries to csv files

One reason that some pieces in the PARMS are broken up into parts A B C etc is that all or part of the piece is in a different county to the registration district. This means that it is difficult for our searches to find the inter-county records. By having part of the piece e.g. RGxx_xxxxA in the registrationn district county and another part of the piece e.g. RGxx_xxxxB in another county it means that our searches are better able to locate the record being searched for because it is in the correct county. We have a number of pieces that are in the vld data set but if they were in the csv data set woul be located in the correct county. I propose that we ask coordinators to convert just one vld piece that involves inter-county entries each month. The piece would need breaking up into the new piece parts and then each part re-validated. The piece(s) could then be removed from the vld data set and incorporated into the csv data set. This would improve our search capabilities for these inter-county records significantly.

This can be done once the reconciliation of the civil parishes is completed.
