@DeniseColbert This story covers the draft document that I sent you. Does the draft cover your management needs? Geoff
Only addition for me is the Date From-Date To function for download
@AnneV-Learn At the moment we need to develop the top level report in order to meet Denise's end of year reporting needs as follows: Summary Report The summary report will need to have eight columns. The Title will be Syndicate Summary as at date. The Column Headings will be: • County – The County that the Syndicate belongs to • Enrolled volunteers – A count of the number of volunteers in the Review Active Members Listing • New volunteers in past reporting period – A count of the number of Syndicate members who have a Signed up date between the dates entered. • Incomplete sign ups – A count of the number of new volunteers (in count above) who did not complete their sign up during the reporting period. • Number signed agreement – A count of the number of syndicate members who have a value of ‘Accepted’ in the ‘Transcription Agreement Accepted’ field. • Active volunteers – A count of the number of syndicate members who have uploaded at least one batch in the past 180 days. • No Records uploaded – A count of the number of syndicate members who have never uploaded a batch. • Allow for a future Show Action Button against each county row. The counties will need to be grouped into four groups, each having a subtotal: • England (including Channel Islands) • Wales • Scotland • (Future Ireland) The individual counties will be listed prior to the subtotal. A Grand Total will need to be provided which is the total of the three (four) subtotals.
The report should have an option of downloading as a csv file.

@geoffj-FUG Re the column 'County – The County that the Syndicate belongs to' where is this relationship held/maintained? Also, how do the following syndicates fit into the Country groupings of the report: Any County and Year, Any Questions Ask Us, England Syndicate, England and Wales Shipping Syndicate, Channel Islands Syndicate when there are also separate 'island' syndicates too e.g. Guernsey Syndicate, Scotland Syndicate, Technical, Wales Syndicate, Yorkshire Syndicate when there are also separate syndicates for the Ridings?
Syndicate Reporting This project takes into account several stories, namely:
1342 Total number of transcribers who have accepted transcription agreement but have no records
1343 Total number of active transcribers who have signed the transcription agreement
1358 Can we tell how many transcribers are active
Part of #1491 Tidy up reports Action
1524 Improvements to Transcriber Statistics
Several of these stories are On Ice
These requirements can largely be met by the provision of one straightforward report. The report will provide a count based on the volunteers listed for each County Syndicate under the Action ‘Review Active Members’. The report should be a screen display downloadable as a csv file. The report will be available via a filter that limits the report to the Syndicate selected by the coordinator. For privacy reasons a coordinator should only be able to download a report for the Syndicates that they are responsible for. Higher level managers should be able to produce the report as a summary report for each County. This summary report should be sub-totalled and grand totalled.
Summary Report The summary report will need to have eight columns. The Title will be Syndicate Summary as at date. The Column Headings will be: • County – The County that the Syndicate belongs to • Enrolled volunteers – A count of the number of volunteers in the Review Active Members Listing • New volunteers in past quarter – A count of the number of Syndicate members who have a Signed up date greater than the report date minus 90 days. • Incomplete sign ups – A count of the number of new volunteers (in count above) who did not complete their sign up. • Show Action Button against each county row. The counties will need to be grouped into four groups, each having a subtotal: • England (including Channel Islands) • Wales • Scotland • (Future Ireland) The individual counties will be listed prior to the subtotal. A Grand Total will need to be provided which is the total of the three (four) subtotals. When the Show Action is selected the Coordinator’s Sub-report will be displayed for the county with that Show Action..
Coordinator’s Report The Coordinator’s Report will be the report above filtered so that only the Syndicate selected is shown. When the Show Action is selected the Coordinator’s Sub-report will be displayed. For privacy reasons this report is only available to the registered coordinator or Managers. This report will be a screen display with an option to download as a csv file.
Coordinator’s Sub-Report This report will be a screen display with an option to download as a csv file. It will have six columns. For privacy reasons the Surname will not be included in the report. The Title will be ‘Syndicate Report for xxxx Syndicate as at date’. The column headings will be: • Forename – the Forename recorded in the Active Syndicate Member listing. • UserId – the UserId recorded in the Active Syndicate Member listing. • Date signed up – The date recorded as the sign up date. • Sign up Completed – Yes if the sign up is completed, No if it is not completed. • Agreement Signed – Yes if the Agreement has been signed, No if it has not been signed. • Active – Yes if a batch has been uploaded in the past 180 days, No if no Batch has been uploaded in the past 180 days.
