Enable resarchers to download the results of a search results. This allows them to work through the results in their own time. Do we need to limit download size to stop plagiarism? This also improves accessibility as people with disabilities etc can download the results and work through them at their own pace in a manner that suits them.

Could downloaded CSV contain a hyperlink to each individual result? That would allow someone to navigate from spreadsheet to the record without having to copy and paste, which again would be helpful for some users of assistive technology.
