Clarify website text concerning Gift Aid #4

Currently the text relating to Gift Aid on the Free UK Genealogy website is difficult to understand. It says "We receive your details from PayPal and these details from the Gift Aid Declaration, which you should read before making your donation. You need do nothing else, we claim the tax back from the HMRC." And "Gift Aid Declaration" is a PDF document that contains spaces for the donor's details and some conditions.

So it would appear that donors are expected to download a Gift Aid form as PDF in order to read the conditions contained in it and, by continuing to donate with Gift Aid, the are deemed to have agreed to these conditions, although we don't actually say that. It is also confusing as it looks as if the donor is being asked to fill in the form (even though the text says "you need do nothing else").

If we need users to agree to Gift Aid conditions they should be inline on the web page (possibly with an "Accept" button).

Furthermore, the information on Gift Aid is in the header section and therefore applies to all methods of donating. However, the text clearly indicates that it applies only to PayPal ("We receive your details from PayPal..."). If it is only possible to donate with Gift Aid through PayPal then this information should be in the section for PayPal otherwise the information should be made applicable to all donation methods.
