Consider Adding Broken Link Checker Plugin by WPMU DEV #134

Suggest adding Broken Link Checker Plugin by WPMU DEV (note that many plugins have similar names - it can help identify them by including the author in the mention).

Even when you are careful with your web-site, you can end up with broken links. This is especially true when you link to other sites. Often, if there is an article written about your group that you link to, the link will eventually be removed as more news items are added to that external site, over time. At this point, the link will break and sometimes remain broken for quite some time before anyone notices it.

Risk Assessment Broken Link Checker does just this one task - checks for broken links. With a limited focus, it is unlikely to interfere with the custom code or with other plugins.

It meets the WordPress rule-of-thumb - it has a high number of active installations and has been updated, recently.

In addition, Gloria Slomczynski has used it for many years and it has worked as intended without causing issues, up to this point.

Found this languishing @hotbeverage2017 . Seems like a Good Thing. Should we add it after we figure out the memory issues or does that not matter?

Let's wait. In fact, we might wait for this until closer to making the site live, since we're still messing around with links and might be breaking them just by the fact that we're moving things around.
