Epic to house all stories for implementing Google analytics and Google Tag manager on the WP site, and also other tags/pixels.

Previous story FreeUKGen/FreeUKGenealogy#26 for ref re. Craft implementation (if needed- probably not)

I think this is still needed until we have analytics and tag manager set up, along with tickets FreeUKGen/FreeUKGenealogy#19 & FreeUKGen/FreeUKGenealogy#29?

@carcarvroom could you add the Google Tag Manager container code to the site please? I think this is where all tracking etc. meets up- is the Facebook pixel issue related/dependent on this?

ETA- I will give you access to GTM now...
