Transcriber can request rescan of an image #1173

It would be a great help if, when transcribing, the transcriber could tag an image if it is unreadable. Then, whenever anyone was able to visit the records office, they could take a printout of a report and either get a new image, or look at the original register and take a new photograph, or transcribe the missing information. For example:- wor-beoley-ma-1837-1898_0266

This will allow for individual images to be identified rather than having to go through the whole register or having to create manual lists. This information is could also useful for the GAP report.

Depending on source, would a rescan request be needed as a function (new story)? I am thinking along the lines of what is needed in FreeBMD.

I see this story as generating re-scan requests. I have entered this in a general way so that the programmers can do it in the best way and it will need refinement after we have had some experience of its use. But this is for well in the future. I have just entered it so that we do not forget.
