As a result of operating experience, may I suggest the following:-

The IG Actions should not include DE unless the images count is zero. The test may be there, but people should not have to try to find out.
The Image Actions should not include DE unless the image is Unallocated. I'm not sure if it only shows if the person doing the action is SysAdmin, but it would still be a good reminder that only images which are Unallocated can be deleted. None of this is urgent, but as a general principle I feel that Actions should only be shown if they are allowed.
