Sandra (comms coord) needs to use the 'Message System' action to send the monthly newsletter that Eric used to send.

For some reason, this issue seems to have dropped below the radar. It is quite urgent that Sandra can send out the newsletter to all relevant members efficiently so Commscoord needs this added so I've assigned it to Vino and put into sprint backlog.
