Stopped Receiving FreeREG System emails #2649

Doreen Olds (doreenolds@aol.com) has recently stopped receiving any emails from FreeREG for processed files or other communications. She has checked her spam/junk folder and they're not going there.

I've checked her profile and all looks normal - email address is valid and 'SC uploads files' is set to False.

Doreen's email address is not bouncing so please investigate why she is not getting any emails from FreeREG.

Doreen's been asked to change to a Gmail account to see if this could be caused by ISP blocking.

Doreen has changed her email address and this has resolved the issue.
