Suggest a version of the Coordinator newsletter goes out to all transcribers

This is a good idea in principle but we need to check with coordinators first because I know some of them already edit and forward on the newsletter to their syndicates.

More info needed about things to add into these newsletters for transcribers. @CommsCoord to email Coords to get their opinions on this.

This intersects with recent conversations in the FreeREG steering group and Alexandra will work with @CommsCoord to further the issue.

I have not been able to proceed further with this until now. Will include the query in the coordinators newsletter this month along with a follow-up after the first of the year.

I have gotten some great feedback and ideas, and based on this I think it would be a great idea to go ahead with this.

This will be on the back burner for some time whilst we are focusing on FreeComETT development/testing

We will be moving ahead with this. Both newsletters will now be quarterly. This can be closed
