If this is a proposal for FreeReg,

I beg to differ with this request/ decision.

Places Are in ONE County ONLY

and similarly, and Counties can only be in ONE Region.

@Sherlock21 This is just for the FreeCen Gazetteer Searches only. So that places in Wales and Herefordshire can be searched at the same time. The FreeCen story number is 1617.
