HLF "We continue to be open to new applications for grants up to £100K (up to £250K for Resilient Heritage) under our current programmes until late January, for final decisions in March 2019." https://www.hlf.org.uk/looking-funding/our-grant-programmes/our-heritage probably the right scheme (£10,00 0 - £100,000)

HLF have said unlikely due to value, no new-to-heritage pull, and public accessibility at the TNA. 18/12/2018, so not proceeding
