More "handwriting-y" fonts may be less accessible for people with dyslexia or other sight issues. One potential is Open Dyslexic https://opendyslexic.org/ . While it doesn't look very "handwriting-y" it has the thick-and-thin of an ink pen and would be particularly useful for tables because they will contain unfamiliar words in personal names and place names - words that may be misread by voice software.
The original design for the new websites had san serif (ie. any old sans serif you have hanging around).
Displays on Kir'ks as comic sans.
Decision: use source sans pro, but this story is to consider using a more 'handwriting-y' font for tables.
