How long should the "skills note" be? Currently, the skills note text box will accept 255 characters. Do we want to reduce this? If so, what should the maximum size be? 100 character?

What should we put in the person_role for the following technical volunteers? 'Ruby/MongoDB Volunteer' => 'ruby_mongo_dev', 'PHP Volunteer' => 'php_dev', 'HTML/CSS Volunteer' => 'html_css_dev', 'UX/UI Volunteer' => 'ux_ui_dev', 'Accessibility Volunteer' => 'accessibility_dev'
