Made it so that python3 is found correctly and cmake uses it everywhere #13

The cmake did not use python3 everywhere and it didn't use cmake to find the correct installation as it should

Creation of a Travis instability due to this pull request (an issue has been opened https://github.com/FreeYourSoul/FSeam/issues/14). I will investigate the issue later on.
