CI : fix macos and windows #12

Describe the bug CI doesn't work for mac-osx or windows

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Launch a CI - Github Action by committing -

mac-osx : Error on g++ (alias clang++ v14.0 for macosx) cannot compile C++23
windows : Unknown clang command

Expected behavior Everything should be green and working (except unit test if unit test are wrong)
