Add Underground Biome button recipes to crafting Kitchen Equipment #822

Please report the following issues on this Github Issue Tracker:

Proposals for new recipes or recipes that still need to be balanced.

Went to craft the Clay Juicer, and could not do it with a Rhyolite Button, only a regular minecraft button. Might want to add the other stone buttons to the recipe.
