Can't seem to craft Enhanced Superconductor

Recipe shows 4 regular conductors and a Efficiency V enchanted Book.

When I add the items by the recipe button it adds 1 conductor and 1 book but it shows no recipe.

Adding in the 4 conductors and the book also does not start the Fusion Control Computer. https://imgur.com/a/8wSWhc6

How was the "ring" built? Manual or RMB with coils? There may be 2 problems:

1. Incomplete or incorrect machine structure
2. The problem with the book

Ring was built by rightclicking the fusion coils directly onto the fusion control machine. Managed to fuse some dust so the structure is complete.

Book was made by using the one redstone and a book for efficiency 1, multiple times, combined in an anvil to make efficiency V book.

Any other way I should try to make the book?

I did it through the arcane ensorcellator, combined them to efficiency 5 (or whatever is needed) through the enchantment applicator

And (maybe help): 4 conductors and 1 book, not 43

For some reason I had to enchant an item, then pull the enchantment off it and the resulting book worked.
