Although I have no experience with Sharepoint data-lists, this article looks promising: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/dn292552.aspx

If you can install the sharepoint Add-in that enables a RESTful interface, you can easily connect the data using freeboard's JSON datasource
