Readme fix for installation instructions #20

  1. Installing "core" requires "database-lib" so we have to install that first
  2. Basic Readme formating changes

@pdagrawal There is one small problem. We use Codeberg as our primary repository and GitHub is just a mirror of that repository. And so I don't know how to make changes to the Codeberg repository with saving your credentials.

How can we solve this problem?
