Remove .dev examples and default config.

.dev is an actual top-level domain, used by several websites by now. If uses .dev with Dory, they will not be able to access real websites using .dev without SSL certificate errors.

For example - Google's pagespeed tool is hosted at https://web.dev/measure/

Personally I think it's silly that .dev ever became a proper TLD - but oh well!
