[BoC] Cooperative providers bill collection

A new service for bank of the commons members: external bill collection:

• Create a new context agent: "cooperative providers" or something like that.
• Create agents for each provider that are members of the context agent. Attach to these agents a new multicurrency app model (one2one) which stores the regular expression that can identify her transactions by parsing the information in the concept field of the transaction.
• Program this regular expression in the chip-chap bot for sniffing BoC transactions: https://alpha.rallf.com/market/trending
• The user (which is member of BoC and has an user to access chip-chap api) fills a form to give permission to the cooperative provider to collect bills in BoC account in her name.
• When the bot detects a transaction that fits in the regular expression, asks to ocp which is the user and if the user has gave permissions to collect from that provider.
• Bot sends to chipchap that info for making the internal transaction from the user to the BoC account.

Sorry but it's hard for me to understand what this point is about. Is there a pad with this explained in other ways? So this is a feature that a payment is to be collected from providers using a bot run by chip chap, or the other way around or both?

From the tech steps described by @XaviP, OCP would parse the openly available transaction field detailing the member number or other identifying information, and it then would allow the user to make a payment to a provider?

Sorry, there's no more info about this feature. I try to explain it in another way:

• You'll need to study carefully a way to identify a bill payment by parsing the concept field of the payment.
• You'll need a new model (one2one with agent model) that keeps the regular expression that detect the payer user from the concept field.
• The chip-chap bot must be programed with that regular expression sniffing the BotC account history, and anytime a payment is done that acomplish that regular expression, the bot must send to ocp the info. Ocp will check if the user has given permission to pay to that provider, and returns ok if so.
• If it's ok, bot'll send an internal transaction order to chipchap, to pay from user account to common account.
