The permissions in the work app are too tight

I just got this email:

This message has most likely been sent to other individuals.

The URLs for the processes used to be wrong in this messages. They used to go the accounting (FC Admin) app. But those were fixed when I closed https://github.com/FreedomCoop/valuenetwork/issues/354

But now, I get these emails telling me to help with this task, but when I try to go there, I don't have permission to access it.

So what should be done about that? Doesn't make sense.
