Focus is shifted back up the page when user is tabbing beyond the question h2 when scrolling through web content. #797

Summary

When user tabs focus down a page, focus is pushed back up to the first page heading 2 in JAWS v2022.2207.25, v2022.2307.1. and v2024.2310.70. This issue replicates no matter how often the user tries to navigate down the page.

Access can not be provided to the product due to confidentiality.

Expected result

When user tabs focus down a web page, focus should move down the page without skipping back to the top on its own. This appears to only be an issue that occurs with JAWS and not NVDA.

Actual result

Focus skips back to the top of the page to the h2 even though the user was tabbing to more clickable elements on the page.

Example

Unfortunately, a test case could not be provided due to resource restrictions and confidentiality at this time.
