Incorrect mooring cams on RH Battleship #253

The mooring cams of the RH Battleship use those of the docks, though the numbering/lettering should be correct. Needs investigation.

It seems to me this can actually not be fixed because FL cannot handle mixed dock cams. The only solution is to never use docking cams for Moors at all when they are with berths at the same object.

not sure, I think I have mixed dock & mooring cams working on the old gas miner, but, I cant check at the moment
