827 update of li battleship to revision 04 #837

Added HpTurret_L5_03 and HpTurret_L5_04 at base of CIC beneath the Eagle, collision surfaces included although these are partially ecluded by the LI_rear hitbox. This will be set for the next revision. Rev05.
