Update Nomad Lair and Dyson Sphere Turrets #848

Update Nomad Lair and Dyson Sphere Turrets Useing slightly better Lair turrets as base for all models

  1. seal bottom of turrets
  2. rename gun and barrel
  3. make new form-fitting surs included gun & barrel
  4. add animation script
  5. create dyson_turret02 and reskin all turrets in original style. Current model of dyson turret has a different texture style.
  6. create .mat file for textures used in equipment\models

Also included are Dyson and Lair ball turrets and nomad_equip.mat as a fix to the "NomadRGB1_NomadAlpha1 missing" - FLspew message. no_fighter_gun01 should be linked to nomad_equip.mat or nomad_fx.txm. material_library links in weapon_equip.ini updated
