UI sound volume does not adjust with the Audio Slider #863

Like the Title says.

The UI Audio volume is currently not adjustable with the slider in Settings, but it starts with audio volume coming from other versions of Freelancer.

I had the Freelancer.exe patched for it but forgot to add the Options entry to actually control them. Fixed now.
