Make the Contacts Dashboard look right (Same as the D7 version) including seeing individual parties #18

[ ] Make the listings of contacts on a Contact Dashboard
[ ] Make the listings page on the Contacts dashboard look correct

(Does this make sense as a difference? "Contacts Dashboard" for the Listings and "Contact Dashboard" singular for the actual individual contact? Or should we use the word "Listings"?
