fresh install cv2 missing #4

Hi, I have a brand new pi 4. I cloned and ran the script but got an error that cv2 couldn't be found.

I ran the command sudo apt install python3-opencv

I no longer get an error about cv2, but the test script hangs indefinitely. It seems to be hung on cv2.VideoCapture(...

Did I install opencv correctly?
