The voltage range for esp32 is 5V and for the extension board is 7-9V.
Without Schematics, there are so many open questions. I want to connect esp32-wrover-dev to a battery charger module like this one: https://www.az-delivery.de/products/akku-ladeplatine?variant=39415677091936 If VUSB is protected by a diode, I can put VIN and +5V of that pcb directly onto VCC of ESP-WROVER-DEV. If not, i may break my pc or worse... So is there a protection diode?
VUSB to Vcc directly uses an overcurrent protection self-restoring fuse. Not a diode. So we don't recommend it.

I cant find Information about the board itself with all components on it. Would be awesome to have for example the voltage range which the board can tolerate. Which voltage regulator is used? Etc...
