Able to mint with user account not in the minter whitelist #21

QA2 env. Bloks.io I was able to mint 10.0000 OPTION with the authority of ellaevery who is not in the minter whitelist. Freeos account updated from 0 to 10.0000 OPTION. Minter whitelist only has freeos as the minter. Tried minting again for 20.0000 OPTION to freeos using deliadally as the minter/authoriser who is also not in the minter whitelist. Successful again. Freeos account now updated to 30.0000 OPTION

Retested 24/5/21 4:15pm after Tom's fix. Pass. Close
