gpu: drm: rockchip: Fix cdn-dp driver build error #640

Bring cdn-dp driver to the version we found in v5.15.125 tag. Fix build error using defconfig.

This driver is not compiling even before 587f7c6cc6ef ("Merge tag 'v5.15.87' into 5.15-2.2.x-imx"). So just fixing it to let (our internal) CI be able to build the kernel using defconfig.
