u-boot-fslc: upgrade to v2024.01 #1757

This solves the "Upgrade U-Boot (FSLC forks i.MX variants)" task of the issue https://github.com/Freescale/meta-freescale/issues/1715

Tested building for:

imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-evk
imx8mm-lpddr4-evk
imx6qdlsabreauto

U-Boot fork has been updated to include tagged version v2024.01 from upstream.

Following commits were ported from 2023.10+fslc to this version:
