Chinese translation out of date #583

The language translation for the the whole interface is out of date. Presently, the translation rate is below 20%. The translation for all languages except English needs update.

I am glad to help with the Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional because it is my native language.

Also, some items seems not appear yet in the translation framework.

For example, this is a Chinese interface and I have already done 100% translation for the existing items in the translation file, but there is still English text. image

There are still some in the configuration interface and the main program interface.

So the framework also needs update.

I say we merge this as is and the new framework items be added in a separate PR.

@Promm can you rename this issue to "Chinese translation out of date" and then have #587 close it when merged? Otherwise this issue will stay open forever since at any point the language translations will be out of date as long as development continues.
