ConfigTool size problem #602

When open the configtool form the menu, the window is small default

When choose the About page, the window size will increase.

However, after leaving the about page, the window size will not change back to a small size. 2

@Promm can you explain why it's not a duplicate? What's the difference between the issues?

Well. After testing. I find that they are actually the same. This one could be closed.
