Video Scale in Video Passthrough Setting not really functional. #614

There is an API left for the Video input resolution. But there is only one option which is NOSCALE. default We should add more options for users to choose from as the output resolution.

Since I am now working on the resolution changing problem, I will fix the function as well as the options there.

@Promm I wasn't sure what this issue was for until I took a look at #615.

At first I thought the problem you identified was that it uses a dropdown list for a single option, so you wanted to remove the dropdown list.

Can you please edit this issue so it describes the problem better? A good issue describes the problem, how to recreate it, and what the expected outcome is.
