Record Region for desktop does not work on Windows. #617

On Linux, there is no problem using that feature. But on Windows, although the user can choose that area button, and can even choose an desktop area, that config is not used in record (still recording the whole desktop) Besides, the setting of is not saved in plugin.conf (Still has a "desktop = Full")

@Promm the setting not being saved, is that an issue on both platforms?

I do not know whether it works on Mac, but it can work properly on Linux.

Sorry, I meant Windows and Linux. Does saving the setting not work on both?

@dideler I found that the setting can be saved on both Windows and Linux, I met the problem of config not saving maybe because another error #628 happened at the same time. However, although the config can be saved, the Record Region still does not work on Windows.
