Fixes #638 Record Region not checked after selecting region #641

The Record Region button will be automatically checked after the user selecting a region to record.
Rename the 'Set' button to 'Select Region'.

The button will be auto checked when the user confirm a selected region. If the user presses on ESC, nothing will be changed.
