Selecting an area to record does not always work #663

If the x or y in the start values is larger than the x or y in the end values, then recording the selected region does not work. In other words, it only works when you drag right and down while selecting the area.

Think I've fixed this. Will make a PR once I have a fix to #664 as well.

Feel free to open a PR per issue. Smaller PRs are merged faster.
