make traits such as move speed, eat speed, etc, inheritable and mutable
the higher each trait is, the higher base metabolism is.
if base metabolism is too low, the creature immediately dies
the mutability of these traits is governed by an also mutable MUTIBILITY_MUTIBILITY value, just like axon weights
