dashed color coded hexagons [bounty: 14 XTR] #1004

When targeting a ranged ability, possible targets within dashed path that are blocked by others should be using dashed colored hexagons.

@DreadKnight When it comes to Ancient Beast, it doesn't matter if issue was opened years ago, this is a long term project. Sure thing, I've assigned you to the issue. Deadline is 2 weeks, as there should be plenty of time to get this done, hopefully.

@OmerFarukGenc By default Discord generates 1 day invitations for various reasons. You can find icon for Discord within the game (lower left corner) or on the website's footer.
