Health indicators #150

Currently there's no way at all to tell how much health a creature has left, which is quite important overall. There should be a rectangle in the bottom front side of the creature, displaying numerical value of remaining health.

Example of creature stacks indicators used in HoMM3 http://trolr.com/wp-content/gallery/heroes-of-might-and-magic-3/heroes-of-might-and-magic-3-0002.jpg We could have something like that to display health in AB as there are no creature stacks.
