Seems the process is paused for quite a while now, but I've e-mailed them to apply anyway, as I've revamped and fixed the Freezing Moon website. Guess I'll give this more time...

So, this is not integrated more into server's settings, also providing guidelines, requirements and more benefits. I've checked some things off the list already since I've bumped into this earlier today. Only stuff left is to reach 10k members (but they might lower that number soon) and a bit more activity.
