2 years ago XTR was added to https://minemint.app a while back, though not as a special game as I was hoping, better than nothing though. This could get repurposed for some other faucet, as long as it meets the overall defined specs. Considering this later priority as of now and pushing it to v0.5
Since we deployed our token, XatteR on the MintMe blockchain, we can now start using it in dapps. We could have a faucet mini-game in order to market this whole thing better.
Here goes the basic idea: Each round there will be shown a number of avatars (more on higher levels) and a unit name. Set 1 avatars can be found here https://github.com/FreezingMoon/AncientBeast/tree/master/assets/units/avatars The player will have to click on the avatar of the named unit, if getting it wrong no XatteR is awarded and the timer will reset.
There's a dual purpose for this, to also gather feedback (if I have access to the data) and figure out how well I named each creature, because you should be able to tell rather easy even if not knowing any of them from before, so if the input data is logged with right/wrong attempts for each name and round, that could prove very useful feedback, even though there will be some noise type of data for sure (clickers/bots).
It's simple enough to not distract resources from the main project, peeks interest, teaches about the characters and with time it can be expanded to include more mini-games that will vary in difficulty as well.
