accessible score screen

Clicking on upper right corner should show a detailed score screen, showing ways you can achieve score and how much each player did achieve through each method.

Should look like a table similar to the one from the Battle Tanks game old school NES game.

This should also be shown when pressing the Tab key (and hidden with another Tab or by pressing Esc). Upper right corner should have an icon allowing to go back to the combat field, similar to the dash view.

@DreadKnight so the issue should accomplish:

1. toggle-able score screen exactly the same as it is now, but during the match

@russon77 Yes, but hotkey or by pressing the upper right button, while also having a button there to exit (like with other screens).

what do you mean by "upper right button"? i'm imagining adding another button to the right side with a scoreboard icon.

@russon77 when you go into dash or audio etc, there's a button in the upper right corner allowing you to exit.

@russon77 Oh, I see, I'm pretty tired atm xD I meant the current button from the upper right corner should change functionality. Eventually we'll display an icon for it on hover and such.

@russon77 Exactly. Plenty of other ways to get to the dash (grid thingy).
