some more basic cleanup and fixing #29

This fixes an classloading issue with using gradle internal LazyEvaluationFileCollection

Furthermore it contains some more cleanup:

more integ test coverage for referencing java from frege
initial integ test for FregeCompile
remove @Optional annotations from FregeCompile properties; @Optional was missused as it does not indicate preconfigured options, but options that can be null
move integ tests into correct packages
minor renaming on properties in FregeCompile
fix for handling fregepath
