Gem Cutter Like Graphical IDE #57

Is it possible to have a graphical IDE like Gem Cutter for Open Quark (Haskell for JVM implementation)

Probably, yet to my knowledge, nobody is working on such a thing.

As this has already been done for CAL earlier, there is no question it is possible. Also, OpenQuark is on GitHub, though not maintained. Perhaps one could even re-use something.

What I meant is whether Friege IDE can implement this feature?
