sysupgrade deletes Grafana

Problem: I just executed a sysupgrade and noticed that grafana is gone.

Solution: To prevent this from happening, wen can add grafana to the files which should be kept during the sysupgrade.

• [x] find the file where the settings for keeping files are inside
• make the grafana installation and update modify this file
